Yesterday saw two members from the Business School help sort food donations at Billingham Foodbank.
Billingham Foodbank are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, and provide three days' of nutritionally balanced emergency food to local people.
Both volunteers loved the day and enjoyed helping out at one of the smaller organisations we work with.
We're holding a food drive during the week of the 5th December with drop off locations all over the University. To find out more email community.engagement@durham.ac.uk and look out for our posters very soon!
